Linking a 3rd Device but not through Fb

Hey Guys.
I have spotify Premium on my work phone and personal phone. I want to add it to my iPad but I don't want the ipad to be connected through my Facebook as I won't be the only one using it and I don't want Facebook on the ipad. Is there a way to accomplish this?

If you signed up using a Facebook account, there is no way to do this. To have separate Spotify account details, you must have originally signed up without going through Facebook.
