Linking account from phone to pc

My Question or Issue

I have a premium account in my android phone. The a/c was opened on my Phone number. Meanwhile I had another a/c in my PC, opened with my mail id. How do I link both, so that I can enjoy premium features in my PC also ?

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.
