Linking accounts

Hi! i'm having an issue linking two accounts (one from FB, the other from Spotify). The thing is that i've one account (the facebook one) that is premium, and the other one is free (the Spotify one). First i created the facebook one, and now i've created this one (Spotify), both accounts with the same e-mail adress. 

I want the premium to be applied in the Spotify account (the user name is "tomigeme"), is there any way to do it?.
