Hi,

I was logged out of my Spotify account yesterday. When I tried logging back in via Facebook it said I didn’t have an account linked. 

I ended up changing my password and reinstalling the app. It then let me link the account but it was as though I was doing it for the first time and didn’t recognise my premium subscription or any of my saved song or playlists etc?!

 

how can I find the correct account with my premium subscription?

noting it was definitely though Facebook and not just email log in.
