Hey there, I'd love to help, but you'll need to get someone at Facebook to enable this for you.

Community Ergo Sum

How must I do that? There is absolutely no way to contact Facebook. You can only report a problem in their forums, which is something I'm assuming they never read because I have tried this.

I had this problem once before but I had to delete and recreate my fan page. The first time someone here at Spotify by the handle abirchall fixed my issues.

I see. He's actually a partner and not at Spotify. I'll reach out to him and see what can be done.

Community Ergo Sum

Okay, please and thanks in advance. It's funny how something as small as a "listen" button can easily be taken for granted.

I am having this problem as well.

I have thousands more Likes than most of the artists in my area who have this feature.

I have spent well over $100 with Facebook.

My music is all over Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, and others.

There is no way whatsoever to contact Facebook. Is there something else I can do? This is getting ridiculous, and is insulting that my paying page is denied features that others get for free. I realize this is an issue on Facebook's end, but it seems like the only way anyone is getting it resolved is to bring their concerns here.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

I attempted to follow the link posted by Abirchall above, but it takes me to some login page for an Outlook website.

This link seems to take me to a mailbox used by facebook employees. Confused... sorry.

If anyone can help,

I am having the same problem as many others.

However it has been months and I meet all the requirements. I have over 5800+ fans, on a label, take out ads etc etc.

If there is someone here that can help, I would be very grateful.

Major recording artist cannot link catalog? There is no way to contact Facebook and they do not read discussions in the forum.

He has released music with another Major recording artist Young Jeezy.
We have spent well over $300+ promoting this artist. Once, Abirchall, a Spotify partner was able to activate this for us but we had to delete the Facebook page for glitch reasons.

The new Facebook page has the same URL as the last page (we set it to be the same) but with more likes!

Our artists get paid for streams and our artist's fans see your ads, in turn generating revenue for Spotify.

    So, please help us!

    Thanks,
