Hi there,

I moved from Australia to London in July and was able to use spotify premium for a few weeks, but after that I got the message 'you can only use spotify abroad for 2 weeks'. I've been paying my subscription, but I'm not able to use my account. I tried to link my account to a different credit card, but I can't access my account. Could you please help? Thanks!

Okay, it seems you do not have a premium account, as free users are o ly allowed to use their spotify account abroad for two weeks 🙂

 

Luckily we can fix this! Just go to this page and change your country to the country you are in now 🙂

Could you please elaborate on why you are not able to access your account?

 

Can't you login or are you just not able to change any settings?

Either.. to change my settings, I need to log in to my account. I'm not
able to access my account, so I'm not able to change my settings either 😕
