Local Files Not Syncing

I've been having an issue for the last couple weeks where all local files on my computer (Windows 10) are not downloading on my phone (OnePlus 8). When I try to download them, they are greyed out and have an icon with an exclamation mark. The songs are playable on my computer. I have clean reinstalled Spotify on both my phone and computer, and taken all my local songs out of playlists and moved the folder that they're in on my computer, and I'm still having the same issue. I'm on the same Wifi as my computer and have followed all the steps that are in the list. I also have a premium membership, and this issue has never happened before.

We recommend checking the suggestions posted in this thread, which have been helpful for many users.

 

If none of those work, let us know what you've tried, apart from what you already mentioned, so we know where to start and don't repeat anything.
