Local Music Not Syncing to iPhone and iPad

I am a Premium user, and in the past have been able to sync my music on local files on my computer to my iPhone. Yet, I began having issues about a month ago, so I reinstalled the applications on my iPhone, iPad, and Computer. Yet, I am still not able to sync my music from my computer to my devices. I have tried using 3 different wi-fis and tried creating a computer-to-computer network on my Mac, but have had absolutely no success. What steps can I take to sync my music from my computer to these devices? I am getting very frustrated with the spotifuggle app and do not know what I can do to ameliorate this problem.

Hey! 🙂 

 

You might need to manually open the IP addresses and ports Spotify needs in your WiFi router settings. Unfortunately with so many router configurations out there, you will need to look up the instructions on how to do this on your own device. 

 

On your router:

Open the firewall for 78.31.8.0/21 and open port 4070 for TCP as well as port 80 for TCP.
