Hi MixMasterBRock - Please be sure you're following all of the steps outlined in this FAQ when syncing your playlists: http://www.spotify.com/help/faq/ipod-integration/sync-your-device-with-spotify/
Setting both the playlists to 'offline' in both your desktop and your phone won't be enough here. Is your iPhone/ iPad ever showing up in your 'Devices' section on the desktop app?
Once the iPhone appears in 'Devices', you'll need to select 'Sync device to Spotify' and then manually 'check' the playlists you want synced for offline use.
However, if you're not seeing the device at all, we'll need to do a bit more investing. First can you please let me know exactly what kind of router you're using.
Hi! I have the same problem. My iPad will not sync my local files from my computer with the spotify app. I tried syncing via wireless connection, and I was able to download some files, but not my indie music.
When I connect my iPad directly to the computer, it does not show up under the "devices" section either!
I have a netgear n150 "wnr1000".
Thanks!
I think my issue is similar I that I've created a playlist with local files as well as songs from spotify. Within Spotify as well as the mobile apps, my own local songs I own won't play due to not being available even though I've got them on my device and everything is theoretically synced with the desktop app on my MacBook.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Are you following the instructions here to sync your local files to your mobile devices?

I am. I have, for instance, just downloaded a new song and I'm unable to play it in Spotify or import/find it on my hard drive. I've got all the sources in which I have music selected.
When in Spotify, the only import options are play lists, not a single song like in iTunes for example.

I have tried all the suggestions and I still can not get my local files to stream to my iPad connected to the same Wifi. Is there a number I can call for help?
Spotify don't offer telephone support, but you can get in touch with the team directly using the online contact form for support if you like.
Is your iPad showing up under "Devices" in your desktop client?
