Location available is only USA

Hi,

I'm from Canada but I've download and create my Spotify account when I was in USA (I'm still in Florida) and now I want to go Premium but I'm not able to change my location, in fact the only location available is USA... Maybe it's something related to my IP address?

The problem is that I cannot enter my Postal Code from Canda since it doesn't match with my USA location..

To be able to enter a ZIP code for Canada, you will first need to change your country, but you can only do that if your current IP address matches the country you want to change it to.

Also to be able to subscribe to premium, the country of your payment method needs to match the current country that you are in.

You will have to use a USA credit/debit card for now or you will have to wait until you get back to Canada to change your country and subscribe using a Canadian payment method.

You can also buy a Spotify gift card at some stores in the USA and redeem that
