Location tells me i'm in the US but i'm in the UK and cannot change it? Can no longer access Spotify

Up until yesterday I was able to open and access Spotify, but today my location has changed to US and there are no other options to let me change it to UK. I've checked my IP address and it's telling me I'm in the UK IP Address Country Region City ISP 138.108.94.10 United Kingdom Bracknell Forest -  Please can you help?

I take it this is just tough luck then and Spotify is not something I can use... shame as I was only using it for about 3 weeks and was probably going to upgrade.
