So I contacted Spotify to make them aware that I had repeatedly been hacked. They decided to lock me out of my account and tried to confirm my identity, even though I was the one making them aware that my account had been hacked. Not having access to the information due to my spotify email no longer working and my mom being the one that pays for the account, I wasn't able to identify myself. They wont allow me to do my security questions, say past passwords, or anything. They literally just locked me out and wont let me back in, ofcourse I'm still being charged.
