Locked out of Spotify on all platforms

Locked out of Spotify on all platforms

Hi,

 

I'm not sure why, but I have been locked out of my Spotify Premium account on all platforms. Every time I try and log in, the message 'The username or password is incorrect. (Error Code: 3)' comes up. I've tried to reset my password to rectify this, but have received nothing in my emails.

 

I've had to create a new account to post this and am worried that if I have no way of getting back into my account, I won't have control over future payments for that account.

Can you try logging in with your username instead of your email? Let us know if this does the trick.

 

We'll see what else we can suggest.
