Locked spotify account

I've recently canceled my spotify subscription. I used spotify for 3 months for 1 euro.I was 2 days too late to cancel before it started a new month. I canceled the premium and used the normal version for about 2 days. after 2 more days I refunded my money and got it back instantly. But now my account is locked and I really want it back. did i do anything wrong? I canceled my premium before I refunded the money. I know I should've canceled my subscription before it started a new month, but I didn't have the time to do it so I was a little late.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will see what's going on within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
