I am not enjoying my free subscription on my spotify due to log in failed. A problem occured on my Fido account last January and from then on I cannot open my free spotify subscription. I am a frequent user of spotify and hoping a soonest resolution to my problem.

Hey @hachiko3,


Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.


After that, check the status of your subscription. It should read 'Your subscription is associated with our partner Fido' or something like that.

If that's the case, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.


If your subscription appears as Free, you need to link your Fido account to your Spotify again. Go to Fido's site to get a code to activate your Spotify Premium. Then, enter the code it gives you here.
