I cannot log into my spotify account on my new laptop. Says "Incorrect user name and/or password". That is not true. It works on old laptop just fine... Help! Thank you.

please try logging in using your username only instead of your username@email.com and let me know if it works 🙂

I figured it out. It was an IE error with company firewalls. Able to log in with Google chrome. Thanks though!
