Log In Issues & Premium trial not recognised

My Question or Issue

I recently signed up for Premium and recieved email confirming trial period.

 

First "log-in" worked fine but 24 hours later when I tried to log in I was told password didnt match. Have now tried resetting password 4 or 5 times but wont let me log in.

 

I can log in from Facebook option but it takes me to FREE (non subscribed) option, not Premium.

Any assistance greatly welcome !
