Google Pixel 2 XL is working fine, but my computer app is having problems

My Question or Issue

 I can't log in. I tried resetting my password, verifying my email, logging in using my username, and logging in through Facebook. I'm afraid to log out of my phone app because I'm afraid I won't be able to get back in. I literally just started paying for premium and now I can't even use your stupid service. Fix it, Spotify.

It seems like this is an issue with the app. Could you let me know what error message you are facing (feel free to send screenshots)?

 

Also, let’s do some troubleshooting. Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
