Log back in to Premium Family account with FB login

My Question or Issue

 I subscribed to a Spotify Premium Family account using Facebook Login.

Since I can't use these FB login credentials for the Spotify option in my Denon Receiver I also created a new Spotify login. Of course this account was a Spotify Free again. 

But now for some reason I can not log back into my paid Premium Family account using FB login. 

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for getting in touch!

When you took the Premium for Family subscription, you should have received an email receipt which states your username. Should be a code/digit if your account has been created via Facebook.

Use this username to request a new password here. You'll be able to use this username and password to login to your receiver 🙂
