Is your issue that you are currently locked out or that you are trying to go from offline to online?
If you are locked out of your account you just need to reset your password. Click the link where it says forgot password and it will take you through the steps to reset the password
If you are being told that you are listening offline, you need to get to your account and fix the settings:
If you want to manually set your iPhone to offline/online mode:
- Tap Your Library
.
- Tap Settings
.
- Tap Playback.
- Switch on Offline/Online.
