Log in and e-mail Problem

Hi everyone,

 

I am a Spotify Family user and I've had several problems recently.

 

5 days ago, I was out of my account suddenly and when I tried to log in, I could not manage to do it. It repeatedly said that my password was wrong. After I asked my friend to check my user profile, he showed me that my e-mail was changed. It such a weird e-mail address that it does not even have any relation with @hotmail, or @gmail. It is "*snip*" and I have no access to it.

 

I can log in via my Facebook but after 5-10 minutes that I log in, another computer appears in my devices and starts to change the music I listen, or the volume.

 

It is even happening right now while I am writing this message and I need urgent help!

When you fill out the contact form, please mention your own email address(instead of the one from hacked account) so we can send the email to that address.

 

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.

After I contacted with Spotify Customer Support via the link you gave, I solved my problem and now I have my account with my own e-mail adress.
