My Question or Issue

The Web player does not work.There is no redircetion to my playlist.

Also the Spotify player cannot be installed on my PC. See Screenshots. On other devices everythk is perfect.

Sorry to hear. Can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, and restarting your device? Let us know if that helps with the web player.

Also, are you trying to download Spotify from: https://www.spotify.com ?

Hello, deleting the cache did not solve the problem. I tried it with firefox and chrome.

I think I need to cancel my premium account....why paying for music, i cannot listen to?
