Log in error...

I haven't been able to log in to my account because I have forgotten my password and when I ask for an email to renew my password no email comes... Help?

Hey @Saaraz 🙂 

If you have a Spotify username, try entering that on the password reset page instead of your email address, sometimes that can force the system into gear! Also be sure you check your spam/junk folders as quite often password reset emails get filtered out.

If you are still having issues, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
