Log in issues - doesn't match country

Ok, so long ago I made an account on spotify (when I lived in the US) via facebook, so it used my facebook log in. However I have moved across the atlantic and now live in England (hello :D) so my spotify information does not match my facebook information - which says I live in england. 

When I try to log in, it presents me with "the account is linked to your facebook" and asks me to change my password on facebook or upgrade my spotify account? 

How do I fix this problem, as I've already tried to change my facebook pw, still get the same results.

Have you already tried to follow the steps in the F.A.Q? You should be able to change your country, or at least to get it changed when you'e upgrading to premium.

However, please let me know if you're still unable to change it, so I can escalate it with the team.

I can't even log into my account is the issue, so how can I change my country if I can't log in?...

I also have no desire to upgrade to premium, I simply stated that that was one of the options it gave me : to clarify I can't log into my account because I am in England. My account is North America / United States, so as I am in England I cannot log into my account as it "doesn't match" my account.

To change the country you will need to contact support.
