Hi everyone,

 

I recently tried to get into my spotify account (which I use very often) and I can not log in. I am Premium and I moved into another country also recently. All my devices are not letting me use my premium account (apple and android). I have reset my password over 5 times and it still tell me that either my username or password don't match (code error 3). PLEASE, can someone tell me what to do?

 

I don't want to be paying for something I don't get, also I love using spotify.

All my devices are rejecting my log in!

Since you have already tried resetting your password multiple times, I'd recommend getting in touch with Removed link

UNFORTUNATELY I can't ask for customer help as I have to log in, and again, it does not let me even reseting the password again.

What happens when you try to reset your password? Is there a error message?

Also, try using another browser or incognito mode to see if that helps.
