Hi, I am using Spotify premium service both on desktop and android. I am administrating three profiles, one is for my band, second is for work and the last one which is my personal premium account is impossible to log in. I have tried everything, I have read the helpdesk, community forum... I was used to login via Facebook, now it pops up Error code 3, furthermore what is really weird is that when I am looking for my user profile through my bands profile, the personal profile (Martin Kudla) is now named as a number 11130183821. Please can you help me? I can´t live more than a few hours without my premium account 🙂 ! Thanks a lot

Hey @NdpBand,

 

That random number is your actual Spotify username, which was assigned automatically to you when you created your account through Facebook.

 

Follow this to get a device password:

  1. Go to Facebook settings (be sure you're logged in to the correct account).
  2. Select Security.
  3. Select App Passwords
  4. Click Generate App Password
  5. Enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
  6. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.
 
You can use it, with your Facebook email address as username, to log into Spotify directly on any device.

Hi, good to hear from you. Your advice sounds logical, but unfortunately it
didn´t work for me. I have contacted Spotify support and they told me that
I have unlinked my Spotify account that was created with FB and that’s the
problem. They recommand me to create a new Spotify account and then they
will transfer all the data between them. The problem is that I will have to
cancel my premium at O2 Telefonica and star a new one, which complicate it
a lot.
