Log in with a different facebook account

I am trying to log into my spotify on my mums phone. I have an account through Facebook. The problem is, that mum had an account years ago which she made through Facebook, and now it won't let us sign into anything but that. 

We have tried signing out of her facebook and into mine, it didn't work. We have disconnected the app from her Facebook, nothing. We removed her facebook account from her phone completely, and it still managed to sign into her spotify, rather than giving us the option to enter new facebook details. 

I have tried to find my numerical username to sign in with as suggested in another post, and it is not on the account overview as described.

In order to log out on a mobile device you need to first access the Home section of the Spotify mobile app. Then click on the settings icon top right. 

Once you've accessed the app settings, scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the option to Log out from the current account. Simply click on it and then you should be able to log in with another account. 

Do you receive an error message when trying to switch the account? If yes, simply send us a screenshot showing the error message you see. Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
