Log in withour anythig

I have had premium on spotify in the summer. But I don't want it anymore but i forgot  to cancel it. And now I don't know any of my details. I don't know my password my name or my e-mail address. I have so many email accounts and I can't log in all of them. What can I do? Because I dont't want to pay it when I can't even log in.

Hi Regina200,

you have two possibilities to cancel your subscription here, I'll try to describe each solution as best as I can.

The first solution is to contact Support to get your e-mail.

By giving them your credit card number they can easily find the account that's connected with the subscription.

Contact them using this form (link) and describe your issue.

The second solution is to remove the subscription from your card.

Depending on your Bank, I can not give you any steps to do this.

If you aren't aware of the steps to do this, I recommend you to contact your Bank and ask how you are able to remove the subscription from the card.

I highly recommend the first solution, however, the choice is yours.
