I have entered my email address and you say it is already registered. I now remember that I signed up but never used it. I entered my password but it was not recognised so I reset it. I still cannot access the site. Thank you for your help. Susanne

Hey @Susie247,

 

Please try logging in using username + password, instead of email address + password

Thanks. I have used a different email address and it's now ok. Do you know whether it uses up my limited broadband allowance when listening?

If you're using mobile data, then yes it will. If you make songs you would like to listen to available offline, then it won't (Premium feature) 🙂
