Let's try completely deleting the current application, and reinstall the latest official Spotify version. You can find it through this link.

You should be able to log in once the app is fully up to date.

Hi, I've tried logging in with my email and password but when  I click the logging in button it just stalls in "Logging in" and then nothing happens it just resets to Log In, I've tried uninstalling it but it won't work, what else can I do?

What device and Spotify version are you using? Does the same thing happen if you use a different device?

I'll see what else to suggest.
