When i enter my email and forgot password it says email not recognised. When i try to set up account is says your details have changed. What am I doing wrong?

Does logging in using your username and password, instead of email and password help?

If not, can you try a password reset again here: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/? We'd recommend trying from a desktop, in a different browser/incognito window.
