when I log into my account I get logged out. I try to reset the password but I do not get an e-mail when I use my username.

Sound fishy, you can not log in at all? Does the old password work? Or does it say '' wrong username or password?''  if you can log in, can you see that the E-mail address is the right one? If not, it sounds like someone has been able to log on to your account without your permission.

The old password works but when I get logged in I get logged out after one second.

Hi, I have the same problem. When i type correct username and password, program log me and logout after one second. Error code number 3. I tried change password but i dont get any massage.
