Logged in on other devices

So after the three requests, starting on 6-9-13, everything is still logged in. To this day I have not had to relog into anything, not my phones, iPads or roku, which means the iPad that I'm trying to kick off is still logged in. I noticed you said you reset all my offline devices. What does that mean?  I noticed one of your replies on another post stating that if the device is in offline mode then you can't log it out. Well, I think the one I want kicked off is. So what can I do in that situation?  I noticed you said I can also contact support I actually did that before finding this community and all they did was tell me to change my password which didn't work either. But, In your reply can you put another link to it in case this still doesn't work. I don't know what else to do if this doesn't work and support can't help other then canceling my account, which I don't really want to do but if I can't use it then I makes no sense to continue paying for it.

Hey there. Just to be 100% sure I've removed all offline devices and active sessions - I'd recommend you change your password on Facebook too, as this is how your account was created.

Your offline devices are registered to your account when you make a playlist available offline. Clearing this means the device will have to authorise on your account again, so this should help. Let us know how you get on and we'll be happy to help.
