Logged in with different account

 I am currently logged in under another name and I am paying for the service monthly however I see the users name on my phone but am not able to use it to login under my home computer and I am afraid of logging out on my phone because I may not be able to login again. Also I believe this email is not the one that is connected to that service that I am currently using can I please get some help. Should I just cancel my membership and try starting over?

A anroid but even when I try to login to a computer/desk top it doesn't allow me to do so.

If you go to your phone spotify settings and scroll to the bottom, the last item "Log Out" shows if you are logged in under your real name or a username. If it is a real name, you are logged in with your facebook credentials. Have you tried those on your desktop login?
