Logged out all devices. Changed password. Someone else still using account.

Logged out all devices. Changed password. Someone else still using account.

I log into my Spotify account using Facebook at all times. I noticed that my account was being used by someone else. So, I logged my Spotify account out from all locations as well as logging out my Facebook from all locations. Then, I changed my Facebook password.

However, my account is still being used by someone else.

Spotify settings don't indicate where this log in is happening from and I am not sure what to do to stop it.

If you`ve suspected that your account can be used somewhere else, you should contact with Spotify Support. Their support team will be able to take a look at your problem, and provide you the help needed for your case.

Note: If you receive a reply from no-reply, reply it anyway an you`ll hear from them shortly, usually between 24-48 hours! ; )
