Logged out of Spotify

I woke up this morning and found that my phone and computer have been logged out of spotify. When clicking the "log in with facebook" option is gives me an error code: 3 message. I am not sure what my username is or email because I have always just clicked log in with facebook and it has never been an issue until now. I was on a premium account can someone please help me get back into my account?

Error 3 indicates an issue with your login details. You can usually get things working again by:

Checking your login details are correct. Make sure you’re using your Spotify username (not your email address) and password. If you created your account using Facebook, use the Log In with Facebook tab.
If you’re still having issues logging in, try resetting your password.

Thank you for the reply. Right now I am on an old spotify account that I made when studying abroad. Which I thought this email was the email I sed for the one I cannot get back into. I got a password reset and it logged me into this account..Not the one that I usually press "login using facebook" to get into. I have emailed spotify and am waiting for a response. The problem is I dont really know what my username or password is because I always logged in with facebook and now I cannot.

Hey!
Someone from the Email team should be intouch shortly. I understand how inconvient this is for you.
Might be worth after access is restored separting from Facebook so it's easier to remember your details 🙂
