Loggin in from different country

Hi,

I started my account when spotify was new and I lived in Sweden. I haven't used it in a couple of years and since them moved to Canada.

Now when I try to log in via the app it won't work. I have logged in to my account and changed country to Canada. I also got premium to be able to listen online but the problem still exists.

When I try to log in it still says change country or upgrade account to listen. I have done both of those things. I also tried to log out of all devices, uninstall, cancel my premium and then reinstalled, logged in again and started premium again. Still won't work. And there's no one to call or email for help.

Can I potentially get some HELP here? Ready to give up.

Sounds like you might have two Spotify accounts set up and you're logging in to the wrong one.

 

Try following these steps to make sure you're using the Premium account. If you find the details for the Free account, you can close it to avoid future inconveniences.
