  • Hi everyone, 

So I've had a premium Spotify account for around six months or so which I use on my mobile most of the time. The only problem is I can't log in to this account on another device and can't log out of Spotify on my phone as Spotify doesn't recognise my email address, my old username or password which I used to sign in by. I have tried to make another account with the same email hoping to resolve this but it doesn't have any of my music or my premium subscription, would appreciate any help as I can't contact Spotify directly.

It sounds like you have created a second account. We recommend finding out how to log into your first account. If you take a look at this page, you'll find help how to log in to any other accounts you might have.
