Logging in and spotify doesnt have record of account

I tried to log in and can't remember my login and I went through the process of forgot your user name and password. When i enter my email, it says that i need to log in with facebook. So then I do, then it says that my facebook is not connected to an account. I have not used this log in a long time. I only noticed this problem after i realized that my premuim account uses a different email and I couldnt use my current email, when i tried to change it over as it says it was already being used. Please help.

Hey @Rich28,

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
