Logging in issue

I signed up with my email and I receive notices from Spotify to that same email yet when I try to log in it says the email and user account name are not registered
When I go to settings the user account name is on the page in the upper right corner yet it still says both these I'd references are not registered so I cannot update my patent info and my acct is now off as a result
Any ideas ???

Could you try resetting your password? Just enter your Spotify username or email address into our password reset form. When you do so, we'll send you an email with a link to create a new password.


Didn't work? If you don't receive the reset password email, check your spam/junk filters.
