Logging in not possible

Dear Spotify Community, 

today I write to you on behalf of my mother. Somehow (neither one of us knows how) she managed to forget all the login data to her premium account except her username. So we can have a new password sent via the username but she doesn't know the email account she used and by now I've already tried every single one we knowingly own.

I really do not know how this is possible, but could you please help us?

Hey @feufollet,

 

I'd recommend telling her to reach out to Support. They'll ask her a few questions and if she's successful at verifying her account ownership, I'm sure they'll be able to help her regain access to the account 🙂
