Logging in on desktop app

Hi everyone,

I'm having troubles signing in on my desktop computer app.

It keeps on saying username or password incorrect error code 3.

What's weird is that I can sign on perfectly find on firefox explorer.

Can anyone help me please???

That's odd.

Are you trying to use your e-mail address or your username in the login process?

If you're using your e-mail address, try to use your username instead.
