Logging in through Facebook won't let me use Spotify premium??

So I already have an account with Spotify, but silly me put a symbol in my username, I logged out of the account by accident and now can't log back in unless I put the symbol in, which is impossible to do on the app as it won't let me copy and paste the symbol into the log in space. So I tried using Facebook to log in, which is no problem but now it won't let me change from free to premium! I already have the subscription on my iTunes. Help??

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hi, I contacted support but nothing they said to do has worked? Maybe I should delete the account and create a new one and end the subscription?

Before trying to create a new account, I would reply back to support and tell them what they suggested did not work to see what else they can do.
