Logging in to Premium plan as a member

Can someone help me please? My dad started a Premium Family plan. He invited me to it. I tried to accept and then I wrote incorrect postal code, and when my dad said the right one, I tried to write it again and it sent me a message like "we cannot see that you are living at the same adress as the Family plan creator" or something like that. If I could get any help it would be lovely.

One of the requirements to be part of a Spotify Premium for Family plan is that you live at the same address to help confirm that you're family. When you entered the wrong postal code, it flagged to Spotify that you may not be family meaning that you are not eligable to join that Spotify Premium for Family plan.

 

I've left a message with a few others asking for some more information about if you can join this Spotify Premium for Family plan again, but in the meantime, all I can give you if this screenshot. It can be interpreted a few different ways, but it might just help you understand a bit.

I've just checked back with a few others, and you'll need to get in touch with Spotify Support. You can send them a note here.

They'll get back to your shortly, and help work through some options! Make sure to keep an eye out for an email with the subject line "Spotify Case # XXXXXXXX". It might find its way into your Spam/Junk folders, so keep an eye in there as well!
