Logging in

I need to change my payment information, but when I try to log in it says error. I have tried every possible way to log in. When I try to change my password it says an email is sent to my account, but there is no email there. I do however get their updates on local shows.

What is the error message you're getting?

 

Where are you trying to log in?

Have you tried multiple platforms and browsers? Like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera… on macOS, or Edge, Chrome, Firefox… on Windows?

 

If so, have you tried by going into Private Mode on these browsers?
