Logging in

I can't log into my account and it says the username and password is incorrect but its not... I tried resetting my password and tried again and I still have the same issue. Please help! I would love to get back on my account and listen to my music. Ps, this is on ipod 5th generation on the free spotify app.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
