Hi guys, I recently got a new phone and are having trouble logging into my account, I've forgotten the password and every time I try to change the password I never receive the email.. I'm still getting charged per month and have tried emailing Spotify directly. Someone please help before I have to take legal action

If I need help fast I usually contact spotify on twitter. They help you "almost" instant there. That's my recommendation. https://twitter.com/spotifycares

Clear out your inboxes if possible and try again. Spotify emails may go into your Spam folder depending on your settings and some Spotify emails are different than others meaning you may get Spotify emails in your inbox but others may come through your Spam.
