Logging out of Sonos remotely

Went on vacation, and now someone is using my Spotify Premium account through their Sonos system.  I've tried multiple times to log out of all devices on your website, also changed my password.  At this point, getting a message saying "Your account is being used elsewhere" every 15 seconds has me close to removing my subscription.  As stated, the log out everywhere and changing password has not helped so please provide a different solution.
