Login, Account and premium using problems

Hi guys!

I have a major problem. I just changed  my phone  from an iPhone to  a samsung. The thing is that i'm logged in on my spotify account on the iPhone, but I want to switch it to my android.

Well somehow I've managed to forget both my password and e-mail.. I know my username but like i Said before - forgot the password.

I have tried everything but nothing works.

I have premium and somehow I can't change it back either. I feel so stuck right now and just want to djur this account down and start over.

Would be greatful for your help!

Don't worry, just follow steps to reset your password and you'll be back into your account in no time!

1. Go to the password reset page.
2. Enter your Spotify username and click SEND.
3. Go to your email inbox and find an email from Spotify with the subject “Reset your password”.
   Tip: If you don’t see it, check all of your email addresses and your junk/spam folders or any other filtered folders (e.g. If you use Gmail, it might be in the Social or Promotions tabs).
4. Click the Reset password link in the email. A new web page will open.
5. Type your new password in both fields and click SEND.
6. Go back to the app and log in with the email address or username you used to reset your password and the new password.
