Login Failed: Your country does not match the one set in your profile.

Dear Admins,

 

I live in Austria, have an Austrian IP address, my country is set to Austria in my profile (on your webpage), STILL I cannot log in to Spotify using the correct username / password combination.

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Not sure what is going on! I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and ask them to check out your account to make sure things are all good on their end. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

What country is returned on this site?

I get this. But the error message still persists... 😞

 

  • Country : AUSTRIA
  • State/Province : STEIERMARK
  • City : GRAZ

No. It reads "Connecting to Spotify..." and hangs there for minutes.
